Get to fun faster when you fly to Mammoth Lakes

Mammoth Lakes is accessible by plane from hundreds of cities across the country. This season, air service to Mammoth Lakes is expanding to offer more reliability and better connections through the Eastern Sierra Regional Airport, 40 minutes south of Mammoth Lakes, on United Airlines. Advanced Airlines will provide regional service from Southern California airports directly to the Mammoth Yosemite Airport.

Located just 12 minutes from town, Mammoth Yosemite Airport in Mammoth Lakes (MMH) is the quickest option for getting from Southern California to the slopes. Fly with Advanced Airlines from Burbank (BUR), Hawthorne-LA (HHR) and Carlsbad (CLD) directly into Mammoth Lakes.

For those flying into LAX, there is a free shuttle to your flight out of Hawthorne (must be reserved in advanced).

Winter service will operate November 23, 2022 through April 10, 2023.

Flights from from Burbank (BUR), Hawthorne-LA (HHR) and Carlsbad (CLD) are offered Thursday through Monday.

United Airlines

United Airlines is offering flights into the Eastern Sierra Regional Airport in Bishop (BIH), just 45 minutes south of Mammoth Lakes, December 15, 2022 through April 9, 2023.. Fly direct from Denver (DEN) or San Francisco (SFO), or connect from hundreds of cities across the country.

Advanced reservations for taxis and shuttles to and from the airport are highly recommended. For more information on transportation to Mammoth Lakes from the Eastern Sierra Regional Airport (BIH) in Bishop, click here.

Flights from Denver are offered seven days a week.

Flights from San Francisco are offered every day except Tuesday and Wednesday, February 1 through February 13. After February 14, flights from San Francisco operate every day except Tuesday.
