Spend an evening at the most romantic and secluded dining spot in the Sierra. Located in Tamarack Lodge at Twin Lakes. The renowned Lakefront defines fine dining in Mammoth. Chef de Cuisine Frederic Pierrel uses the terroir (“of the earth”) philosophy. Any night of the year, we offer French-California cuisine using locally-grown produce. Fresh-market menu items rotate daily according to the season. Menu includes veal, rack of lamb, mixed game, elk, chicken and desserts. AAA rating: 3 diamonds.
