Chef de Cuisine Frederic Pierrel uses the terroir ("of the earth") philosophy. Any night of the year, we offer French-California cuisine using locally-grown produce. Fresh-market menu items rotate daily according to the season. Menu includes veal, rack of lamb, mixed game, elk, chicken and desserts. AAA rating: 3 diamonds.
