Every Saturday at 9 AM, Serenity Yoga takes over Outbound Mammoth for a community class that’s equal parts movement, breath, and straight-up good energy. We ease in slow — gentle flows to shake off the week, loosen up the body, and wake up the parts of you that needed a little attention. Then we breathe. Deep, intentional breathwork that quiets the noise, settles the nervous system, and drops you right into the present moment. And trust us — there’s no better place to land than right here, Sierra Nevada at your back, good people by your side.
