Overview

Every Saturday at 9 AM, Serenity Yoga takes over Outbound Mammoth for a community class that’s equal parts movement, breath, and straight-up good energy. We ease in slow — gentle flows to shake off the week, loosen up the body, and wake up the parts of you that needed a little attention. Then we breathe. Deep, intentional breathwork that quiets the noise, settles the nervous system, and drops you right into the present moment. And trust us — there’s no better place to land than right here, Sierra Nevada at your back, good people by your side.
No perfect poses. No pressure. No performance. Just you, your breath, and an hour that’s entirely yours.
First time on a mat? Welcome. Been practicing for years? Come home. This class meets everyone exactly where they are — because that’s the whole point.
Come as you are. Leave feeling like the best version of yourself.
Free for Outbound guests. Donation-based for the community. Bring a mat if you’ve got one — we’ll handle the rest. limited number of mats available for guests
