Mammoth Rocks – A Celebration of Classic Rock Music & Fun

Now in its 18th year, Mammoth Rocks has become one of the Eastern Sierra’s most anticipated summer traditions — a one-of-a-kind celebration of classic rock that brings music lovers to Mammoth Lakes each August. Set in the heart of The Village at Mammoth, the festival blends electrifying live performances, gourmet food, artisan vendors, community non-profit partners, and the unmatched alpine backdrop that makes Mammoth Lakes such a special place to gather.

This two-day, free community event kicks off Friday evening, August 21, with live entertainment from top local and regional bands. On Saturday, the festival takes center stage with a lineup of the hottest tribute acts in California — a tradition Mammoth Rocks has become known for.
