Welcome to the 3rd Annual Mammoth Lakes Health + Wellness Fair — where the mountains meet the movement, and community becomes the medicine.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Eastern Sierra, this is more than an event. It's a gathering. A homecoming. A collective exhale for everyone who believes that health is wealth — and that we heal better together.

Over a transformative weekend, locals, visitors, and wellness seekers from across the region will come together at Outbound Mammoth to explore, experience, and reconnect — with their bodies, their community, and themselves. From nourishing food and organic products to powerful speakers, healing arts, and outdoor activations, every corner of this fair is designed with intention.

This year we're going deeper. We're centering mental health, full-body wellness — mind, body, and soul — and the kind of community connection that actually changes lives. We're introducing the Wealth & Wellness Gala, a fundraising celebration benefiting our new Wellness Scholarship Program, which will support one individual's full year of wellness access after the fair.

Because we don't just want to inspire people for a day. We want to change the trajectory of someone's life.
