This year, celebrate Halloween in the mountains, where you'll get the real deal when it comes to crisp fall weather plus costume parties hosted by the experts in après-ski.

From adult costume parties and Halloween bar crawls to a kid-friendly carnival, Mammoth Lakes has Halloween celebrations for all ages.

Kid-Friendly Halloween Activities

Head to the ice rink at the Community Recreation Center (CRC) on Friday, October 24th for the Annual Halloween Party and Haunted Ice Rink! Fun for the whole family, this party on skates is free for members, just $5 for non-members (note: non-skating adults are also free), and includes carnival-style games, costume contest, and skate rentals while they last. Cakewalk and concessions are extra. Plan your costume and join for some spooky fun.

Scary Shakedowns

Saturday, November 1st, Dos Alas Cubarican Café & Lounge is hosting their 6th Annual Halloween Bash & Dance Party! The party kicks off at 9pm with LIVE music from the Mammoth All Stars, costumes, and plenty of Halloween fun. A $10 cover gets you in the door - don’t miss one of Mammoth Lake’s favorite Halloween traditions.

Live Music at Distant Brewing

On Halloween night, Friday, October 31st from 7pm-9pm, head over to Distant Brewing for a costume contest with a chance to win gift cards to Distant Brewing and celebrate with live music from local band The Felt Cutouts.
