Trampolining at Snowcreek
Looking for a new activity to get your body ready for the winter slopes? Check out the Mammoth Alpine Trampoline Club at Snowcreek Athletic Club.
The Mammoth Alpine Trampoline Club, otherwise known as The MAT, opened to the public on Oct. 11, 2014. Five world-class professional trampolines are available for anyone age 6 and over with an AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) membership. Go to AAUsports.org to become a member for a small annual fee, and register under the Mammoth Alpine Trampoline Club.
In addition, head into the Snowcreek Athletic Club service desk and purchase your MAT Skills Safety Orientation to get started. Once you have completed the orientation you are considered a MAT Club Athlete and you will have access to lower prices on products.
Positioned in two rooms on the bottom floor of Snowcreek Athletic Club, one for recreational bouncing and one for classes and elite aerial training with an automated harness, MAT offers sessions and classes for everyone. The trampolines are buried in the ground and surrounded by safety pads.
Trampolining is a great way to condition your body for a variety of snow sports including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and cross country skiing, so head into the MAT today and get ready for winter.
