Smoketree Apothecary + Mammoth Sound Bath Holistic Workshop
Join us for a two-hour workshop to harmonize the mind, body, and soul at Apres Zen in Mammoth Lakes CA.
We will be creating a unique, organic moisturizing herbal salve to take home. You will also be learning foot massage and stretching techniques. Lastly you will be receiving a glorious sound bath with alchemy singing bowls, which are infused with earth elements.
This experience is meant to elevate yourself care practice with community, allow you to show up for yourself, celebrate the new moon, and work directly with nature's gifts.
