For this workshop we are diving in deep into roots and decoctions!
Fall is the season to incorporate more roots into your life. They are especially helpful for immunity, providing an energy boost, detoxing and more.
Join us for a class in learning about our favorite root herbs, how to make a decoction, and more! We will be sipping on decoctions as well as providing you with the opportunity to make your own root blend to take home and enjoy :)
