Join us for a two-hour workshop to harmonize the mind, body, and soul in honor of the full moon, at Apres Zen in Mammoth Lakes CA.
You will have the chance to create a custom organic tea blend with your choice of herbs to take home. We will be discussing different herbs and their properties, and how to create a well-rounded and yummy tasting tea. We will be leading you through a tea ceremony to ground into your body and the Earth, and connect with the herbs in your tea.
You will then be receiving a glorious sound bath with alchemy singing bowls, which are infused with earth elements.
