Overview

The Rolling Chef 395 food truck is a unique experience because the chef created a menu with the influence of flavors from different countries in Central and South America. The fusion of flavors and ingredients that we used in each one of our menu items are from Cuba, Argentina, Peru and Mexico. At The Rolling Chef 395 we are proud to say that we make our unique sauces to accompany our food items, so make sure you try them all (Chimichurri, Aji Verde and Aji Habanero). Also, we have catering available either for your special event or party treats for your office meetings. The Rolling Chef 395 has two locations one in Bishop and one in Mammoth Lakes, therefore the Mammoth location is the only one that has our delicious breakfast menu selection.
