Located next to Shady Rest Park at the end of Sawmill Cutoff Road, the Shady Rest Skate Park is a street-scene-style park designed for skaters of all levels. The park features a pyramid, a bowled quarter pipe, a flat down flat rail and a road barrier with a transition. Restrooms, water and picnic tables are available. Helmets and safety gear must be worn at all times, and bikes are prohibited in the the park, which is open mid-May through November 1 (weather permitting).
