Community Coffee

On the last Thursday of the month, Mammoth Lakes Tourism, in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce, hosts a virtual coffee event for the Mammoth Lakes community.

Each community coffee event features a different panel presentation covering timely topics about tourism, business interests or other community-focused subjects.

Upcoming Community Coffee

At September 24th's Community Coffee we heard from candidates for seats on the Mono County Office of Education (MCOE) and Southern Mono Healthcare District (SMHD) boards ahead of the November 3 election. These are both competitive races with 3 candidates vying for 2 seats on the MCOE board, and 5 candidates vying for 2 seats on the SMHD board. Each candidate introduced themselves and spoke about why they are running for office.

The Mammoth Lakes Chamber and Mammoth Lakes Tourism teams also provide their regular updates.

Our featured coffee shop this month is Looney Bean. We continue to use the Mobilozophy platform to provide a mobile coupon only viewers may redeem for FREE coffee or tea. Stick around until the end of the event for trivia and your chance to win a $50 Yiftee gift card from Mammoth Lakes Tourism!

This event is held webinar-style and viewers have until noon the following day redeem their free drink coupon.
