Coming Fall 2024! Special Event Funding Application for 2025 Events
Mammoth Lakes Tourism provides marketing funding for special events in Mammoth Lakes, with special consideration to large events happening during shoulder seasons. The funding process begins in January for events happening in that calendar year. The timeline for 2025 is below:
November 15, 2024: Special event funding application submission process opens.
December 13, 2024: Special event funding application submission process closes AT 5PM.
January 10 - February 7, 2025: Special event funding interviews & committee question period.
February 28, 2025: Awards Announced. Award Letters will be emailed to all event producers.
April 1: Final invoices due to MLT. No late invoices will be accepted for awarded funds.
