Owned by long-time locals Pat and Taylor Kumlue, Noodle-Ly promises a Mammoth dining experience that is unique, authentic and affordable. The cuisine reflects Pat’s Thai and Chinese background, and includes a featured dish called “Khao-Soi” from Northern Thailand. Attention has been paid to every detail of the environmentally conscious restaurant, including hand-built furnishings.
