Overview
At Devils Creek Distillery, we are passionate about barrel-aged spirits. In a process that should not be rushed, spirits aging in oak barrels undergo an almost magical transformation that is worth the wait for those patient few. Stop by the tasting room on Friday and Saturdays (plus Sundays on holiday weekends) or schedule a private tasting outside of normal business hours. Devils Creek Distillery is a family endeavor. We are proud to be the Eastern Sierra's original, independent, artisan distillery.
