Mammoth Brewing Company's award-winning beers are brewed at 8,000 feet, the highest elevation of any brewery on the West Coast. Because water boils at 198 degrees at altitude, the boil is "softer," making for a softer, smoother flavor profile. Mammoth Brewing Company also brews their beers with unique flavorings. The IPA 395, which is "dry hopped" with local dessert sage, just won a gold metal at the California State Fair. Mammoth Brewing Company beers are only available on the Eastern Sierra, including Mammoth Lakes, Yosemite National Park, and the Tahoe/Truckee area, so stock up!
